Under incandescent glow, softly lighting the course ahead, the small craft moved across the water. Giggles echoed against the cinder block walls in the otherwise empty cellar. Delilah Jean Northern White Rhinoceros paddled the family’s metal bath basin as her father sat at the bow, ready to collect an armful of coal from a pile on the other side of the room that barely peaked above water. The coal was used to heat the house (as were the times) and dumped there weekly by delivery truck. Her father, always able to anticipate the flooding, anchored the tub near the handrail at the bottom of the stairs. Delilah was always able to anticipate her father’s anticipation, eagerly awaiting the call to ‘ships ahoy!’.
These days, so many years later, Delilah still can’t help but think about her childhood and smile. It was filled with creativity, adventure, and joy. Even when - especially when - times were challenging, which was often in those days, solutions found always became a grand adventure. Delilah Jean loved those awful winter days that were cold and blustery outside but just warm enough to entirely flood the basement. She still loves a good ol’ tuck-in day, but now the bath is filled with bubbles in place of coal, and a tub full of cherished memories.

For this reason, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window on orders, with a few exceptions:
- Orders shipped outside the U.S. or Canada cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned.
- Opened beauty and wellness products cannot be returned.
- Consumable products, such as food or tea, cannot be returned.
- Shipping and package protection fees are not eligible for returns or refunds.

- Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return, except in the case of orders made during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend.
