HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES:
At Rikumo we handle your orders with the utmost care and efficiency. In-stock items are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five business days of the order being placed. However, should there be any delay, you will be notified promptly. All U.S. domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Rikumo is NOT responsible for any delays that may be caused by the carrier after the product has been picked up from our offices.
Please note: When shipping via UPS, please make sure that the delivery address is NOT a P.O. Box.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $200.00 USD (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

International Shipping Policy
International shipments may be subjected to customs fees, which are not covered in our shipping costs. We are not responsible for customs or brokage fees on orders sent to Canada. Please check with your customs office or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: Due to fraudulent international orders, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if we deem it to be of risk.
