General Shipping Policy

At Rikumo, we handle your orders with the utmost care and efficiency. Please allow 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to be processed and shipped; estimated shipping times DO NOT include the time it takes to process your order

All U.S. domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Rikumo is NOT responsible for any delays that may be caused by the carrier after the product has been picked up from our offices. 

Please note: When shipping via UPS, make sure that the delivery address is NOT a P.O. Box.

 

Free Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $200.00 USD (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Please note: Certain products are not eligible for free shipping due to their weight/size. This information is noted in their product descriptions.

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:
USPS Priority Mail 
USPS Priority Mail Express
USPS First Class Mail (for qualifying orders)
UPS Ground
UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days)
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)

Please note: Estimated shipping times DO NOT include the time it takes to process your order (1-3 business days). We ask that you keep this in mind when choosing a shipping method.
 

International Shipping

We offer the following international shipping methods at checkout:
USPS Priority Mail International
UPS Standard International

International shipments may be subjected to customs fees, which are not covered in our shipping costs. We are not responsible for customs/brokerage fees on orders sent to Canada. Please check with your customs office or contact us at info@rikumo.com. 

Please note: Due to fraudulent international orders, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if we deem it to be of risk. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged according to U.S. Federal and State Guidelines.
