General Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We are not offering a Curbside Pick-up option at this time. All orders MUST BE SHIPPED.
At Rikumo, we handle your orders with the utmost care and efficiency. Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to be processed and shipped; estimated shipping times DO NOT include the time it takes to process your order.
All U.S. domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Rikumo is NOT responsible for any delays that may be caused by the carrier after the product has been picked up from our offices.
Please note: When shipping via UPS, make sure that the delivery address is NOT a P.O. Box.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $200.00 USD (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). These orders will ship only via USPS within 5-7 days. Please select a faster shipping method (UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air) if your order is time-sensitive.
Please note: Certain products are not eligible for free shipping due to their weight/size. This information is noted in their product descriptions.
International shipments may be subjected to customs fees, which are not covered in our shipping costs. We are not responsible for customs/brokerage fees on international orders. Please check with your customs office or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: Due to fraudulent international orders, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if we deem it to be of risk. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
