Your satisfaction is our number one priority, however, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. However, please note the exceptions below:
There are a few important exceptions:
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on orders placed outside of the United States or Canada.
- All discounted merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days, for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
- We cannot accept returns on any opened beauty and wellness products.
- We cannot accept returns on consumable products such as food and tea.
HOW TO RETURN
The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable) and in new, unused, and unwashed condition. Please ship in a securely packaged box or envelope with the original packing slip or receipt inside. Returns should be addressed to:

Please note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure and track the package. Rikumo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Although rare, certain items (custom orders, etc..) may be subject to a small restocking fee if not returned in its original packaging.
Unclaimed International Packages: If a package is returned due to it being unclaimed, the customer will not receive a refund unless they have emailed us letting us know prior.
Most returns will process within three weeks, depending on your method of return. Once processed, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another card.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or simply incorrect please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost, along with a prepaid return envelope. To expedite the process, please include a photograph, your order number, and specify if you’d like to return or receive a refund.
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please email us at email@example.com Please note: Rikumo only offers store credit for gift returns.
If you would like to exchange items in your order, please return the unwanted items to us, and place a new, separate order for the items you want. The new order will be shipped out immediately. When we receive your returned items, a refund for those will be issued. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been processed. You can always return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value.
