Your satisfaction is our number one priority, however, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days, for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
All discounted merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.
HOW TO RETURN
The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable) and in unused condition. Please ship in a securely packaged box or envelope with the original packing slip or receipt inside. Returns should be addressed to:

Please note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure and track the package. Rikumo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Although rare, certain items (custom orders, etc..) may be subject to a small restocking fee if not returned in its original packaging.
Most returns will process within three weeks, depending on your method of return. Once processed, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another card.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or simply incorrect please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost, along with a prepaid return envelope. To expedite the process, please include a photograph, your order number, and specify if you’d like to return or receive a refund.
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please note: Rikumo only offers store credit for gift returns.
If you would like to exchange items in your order, please call us at 1-215-609-4972 or email us at email@example.com. This way we can confirm with you that the replacement item is available, and guide you through the process of exchanging an order with us.
We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been processed. You can always return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value.
