Rikumo In-Store Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority, however, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To receive a refund, you must present the original receipt and/or valid ID and product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Returns made within 30 days will be credited to the original payment method. Returns after 30 days but not exceeding 60 days may be eligible to receive store credit.

- We cannot accept returns on any opened beauty and wellness products.
- We cannot accept returns on consumable products such as food and tea.
- All discounted merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 60 days, for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you find that the item you purchased is damaged or defective, we will replace the product or issue a refund with a valid receipt within 30 days. We reserve the right to examine items for the cause of damage. If the item is defective, the customer will receive a full refund. Otherwise, store credit may be issued depending on item condition and cause of damage.
Items purchased with cash must be accompanied by a receipt.
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please present the item and gift receipt within 30 days to exchange or receive store credit. Please note: Rikumo only offers store credit for gift returns.
