Shipping + Processing

At rikumo, we seek to handle every order with the utmost care and efficiency. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped, with longer processing times expected around the holidays.

All U.S. domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. During checkout, note that projected delivery dates are approximations only. Estimated shipping times also do not include the time it takes to process your order.

In-Store Pickup

The rikumo team is proud to offer a free in-store pickup option for our fans in the Ardmore area. Additional details are available here.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $250 USD (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). By default, these orders will ship via USPS within 5-7 days. Please select a faster shipping method (UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air) if your order is time-sensitive.

Please note: Certain products are not eligible for free shipping due to their size or weight. This information is noted on the pages of those products.

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • USPS Priority Mail 
  • USPS First Class Mail (for qualifying orders)
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
  • UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)

    Please note: When shipping via UPS, make sure that the delivery address is not a P.O. Box.

    Estimated shipping times do not include the time it takes to process your order (approx. 3-5 business days). We ask that you keep this in mind when choosing a shipping method.

    Rikumo is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the carrier after the product has been picked up from our offices.

    International Shipping

    We offer UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping on all international orders. If you are shipping your order to an international address, please include a valid phone number during checkout. In certain countries, customs will seize packages that do not include this information.

    International shipments may be subjected to customs fees, which are not covered in our shipping costs. We are not responsible for customs/brokerage fees on international orders. Please check with your customs office or contact us at info@rikumo.com.

    Please noteDue to the threat of fraudulent international orders, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if we deem it to be a potential risk. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and encourage you to contact us with any questions.

    Sales Tax

    Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged according to U.S. federal and state guidelines.
