Metal-working atelier Muro Kanamono was founded in Kyoto in 1802, where they built a reputation for creating beautiful yet resilient nails (wakugi)and hardware for temples and homes throughout the region.
Today they continue to pay homage to their past by crafting metal hardware that is inspired by current trends while staying grounded by tradition.
