Zuikogama

Among the first in Kyoto to fire a kiln, the Zuikogama workshop played an integral role in the development of early Kyo-ware – a ceramic style known for its vibrant colors, elaborate patterns and novel glazing techniques. Now, Zuikogama hope to usher the art form into the modern era through accessible pricing and pottery classes held year-round at their Kiyomizu studio.
