Gekkoso

In the pursuit of helping others, Gekkoso was founded in 1917 by Hashimoto Hyozo and has remained an independent, family-run business for three generations. It was the first company in Japan to develop 100% domestically-produced paints.

Today, they continue to manufacture their own paints and brushes, create palettes, sketchbooks, and carry bags, making them the only art supply store in the world that sells exclusively original products.
