Sink into the depths as you gaze at the mesmerizing pattern on the Kairagi Don Bowl. A product of Japan's traditional Mino ware pottery techniques, this piece features an unmistakable aesthetic that grows in intricacy the closer you look. Serve your favorite soups, stews, noodles, and more in a vessel as subtly complex as the most expertly prepared dish. Due to the sensitive nature of kiln firing, each Kairagi bowl is unique and may slightly differ in color from the photo. Pairs with the Kairagi Deep Bowl.

Clay, food-safe glaze

Please note: To achieve the unique crackled texture of Kairagi ceramics, the glaze is applied as thinly as possible. This may make it easier for oils to penetrate the surface and stain the product. To prevent discoloration, avoid serving oily foods or thoroughly soak the bowl in lukewarm water beforehand. Alternately, allow stains to build and develop a complex patina over time. Please contact us at info@rikumo.com with any questions.

Not microwave-, oven- or dishwasher-safe. Hand wash gently and dry separately. Note that the clay is not entirely waterproof, so be sure to dry completely before storing.
