Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

At Rikumo we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason our pieces are not a perfect fit for your home, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.
The full amount will reflect the cost of the item and will be credited back in the original form of purchase.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days, for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
All discounted merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

HOW TO RETURN
The returned item(s) should be packed in a securely packaged box or envelope. 
Please also include original packing slip and address the shipment to:

Please note: Shipping charges are not included in the return process. We also recommend that you insure and track the package.
Rikumo 
is not responsible for packages returned without tracking information. 

REFUND PROCESS

Most returns will process within three weeks, depending on your method of return. Once processed, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another card.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item with your order,  take a picture of the item and send to info@rikumo.com, within 48 hours of receiving the item. In the same email, please include your order number, the quantity and item name of each item, and if you would like a replacement or refund. Once approved, our team will provide you with a return label at no charge to you.

GIFT RETURNS

If you received our merchandise as a gift and would like to return it, we will gladly assist you in your return process. Please reach out to us through phone or email. Please note: Rikumo only offers store credit for gift returns.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange items in your order, please call us at 1-215-609-4972 or email us at info@rikumo.com. This way we can confirm with you that the replacement item is available, and guide you through the process of exchanging an order with us.

CANCELLATIONS
We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been processed. You can always return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value.
If your order consists of out of stock items, you can reach out to us via phone or email to inquire about canceling or changing the order.
