Featherweight Cast Iron Frying Pan
$ 96.00 USD
Light. Weight. Cast. Iron. The Featherweight Cast Iron Pan represents the results of centuries of metalworking advancements by the metallurgists of Tsubame Sanjo. This collection of fry pans features walls that measure a remarkable 1.5mm in thickness, resulting in a pan that is nearly half the weight of a traditional cast iron pan while retaining all of iron’s superior heat conducting properties. Further reducing weight, the handle is completely hollow and features an oven-safe silicone end piece.
Though somewhat smaller than typical fry pans, the Featherweight Cast Iron Pan is designed to move seamlessly from a compact oven to the tabletop. Its high walls ensure food stays in the pan, and the sloped lip allows food and sauces to transfer easily from pan to plate.
The Featherweight Cast Iron Pans are preseasoned and ready to use immediately. It is safe for use on all cook surfaces.
