About Kunisawa
Since its founding in 1971, Kunisawa has collaborated with graphic designers, advertising agencies, photographers and other creatives to produce office goods tailored for the creative mind. Kunisawa notebooks use British-style foolscap paper, which features a gliding smooth texture and excellent ink absorption designed especially for fountain pens. Minimalist with a refined old-school charm, Kunisawa has quickly become one of Japan’s most exciting new stationery brands.

The SIWA collection of bags, accessories, and storage solutions was developed by famed designer Naoto Fukasawa in collaboration with the washi paper specialists ONAO. Fukasawa saw the design potential of “Naoron”, ONAO’s trademark tear and water-resistant paper made from polyolefin and wood pulp and chose it as the basis for these long-lasting products. This material is nearly impossible to tear and ages like a well-worn leather jacket over time.
The SIWA Box is a practical multi-functional storage container and everyday basket that comes in three sizes. Each wall is made of sturdy double-layer Naoron fabric and can be folded flat when not in use or folded down to adjust the height.
